Terms of service

Effective September 28, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Voxity Technologies Private Limited (“we”, “us”) about your use of SimFabric. By creating an account or using SimFabric, you accept them, along with our Usage policy, Privacy policy and Refund policy.

1. Your account

  • Give us accurate information, and verify the email address you sign up with.
  • An account is for one person. Keep your password and sign-in sessions to yourself.
  • You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly if it is misused.
  • If you are under 18, you need the consent of a parent or guardian.

2. Plans and limits

  • Each plan includes a number of worlds a month, shown on the Plans page. A world counts when a generation builds or edits one; a plain chat reply does not. The count resets on the first day of each month (UTC), and unused worlds do not carry over.
  • Paid plans are subscriptions, billed monthly or yearly. We sell them to you directly, in India and everywhere else, and Razorpay processes the payment. The price and billing period are shown before you pay. A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, charging the payment method you approved, until you cancel it.
  • You can cancel at any time in Settings → Billing. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep your plan until the end of the period you have paid for, then your account moves to the Free plan. If a renewal payment fails and cannot be collected after retries, the subscription ends and your account moves to the Free plan.
  • Moving to a higher plan takes effect immediately; moving to a lower plan takes effect at your next renewal. Deleting your account cancels your subscription immediately.
  • Prices in India are in rupees and include GST. Prices elsewhere are in US dollars; any sales tax or VAT due where you live is added at checkout.
  • Refunds follow our Refund policy.
  • We may change plans and prices. A change will not affect a period you have already paid for.

3. Your content

  • You keep your rights in what you bring to SimFabric - your prompts and any files you upload - and, to the extent the law allows, in the worlds generated for you, subject to section 4.
  • You give us permission to store, process and display your content to operate SimFabric for you, and to keep your run history.
  • We use your content to train our models only if you say yes - when you join or later in Settings. See the Privacy policy.
  • You are responsible for having the rights to anything you upload.

4. Third-party assets

SimFabric builds worlds from its own models trained on a library of 3D assets and robot models made by others, each under its own licence. The files you download include a NOTICE and licence files listing them. You are responsible for following those licences when you use or share what you download. Some assets cannot be redistributed; for those, the download includes a way to fetch them from their source instead.

5. Simulations are not the real world

A simulated world, and a result that passes our checks, is a model of reality, not a guarantee of how a real robot will behave. Do not rely on SimFabric alone to decide that a system is safe to run near people or property. Test on real hardware under appropriate supervision.

6. Acceptable use

Follow the Usage policy. Do not try to access other people’s accounts or data, get around plan limits, or disrupt the service.

7. Changes and availability

SimFabric is under active development. Features may change, and the service may sometimes be unavailable. We will try to give notice before removing something you rely on.

8. Ending your use

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the Usage policy, or where the law requires it; where we reasonably can, we will tell you why.

9. Disclaimers

SimFabric is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we do not promise that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose, or that generated worlds or files will be accurate or complete.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim about SimFabric is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will update the date above and tell you before the change applies. Continuing to use SimFabric after that means you accept the new terms.
